A limited collection created in collaboration with the local jewellery designer and influencer Sarah Zhuang. On behalf of the DPT management team, I worked with Sarah on the design refinement, sampling, campaign photoshooting and launch marketing plan.

THE UNIT STORE is a retail chain with over 10 Points of Sales across Hong Kong and Taiwan, gathering well-made goods with an eye for contemporary aesthetic. To celebrate the Valentine's Day and to make our store the best place for getting gifts, we created an online campaign named 「總有啲嘢係襯嘅」(There are always something we share) to promote our couple watches, and to create a humourous image for our retail brand.

To position THE UNIT STORE as the one-stop shop for gifts and watches, we worked together with Bob Foundation, a group of Japanese illustrator, to create this gift customization kit where you can create the face of you and your friend with the complimentary sticker sets upon any purchase.

To celebrate Valentine's Day 2019, we created a special wrapping for the Topologie bracelets upon purchase of any 2 bracelets. A subtly romantic tagline "Join me on a fearless adventure" is stated on the wrapping to enhance the brand's spirit as a rentless wanderlust, and without making the message too cheesy.

Being a key member of the marketing team, I am in charge of the retail store's marketing and communications in the regions, and coaching three team members on how to build and implement successful marketing plans. Apart from this, I am also taking care of the brand management and merchandising functions.

As THE UNIT STORE opened its first store in Taiwan, we are creating an Olivia Burton pop-up florist installation to offer an experiential campaign for media, influencer and customers.

Our Hong Kong Team being the first market to launch the Olivia Burton's new jewellery collection, we initiated the idea of producing an exclusive jewellery tray as the GWP for the launch promotion. The sales was boosted by 50% compared with the previous YTM with the launch promotion.

Working with the brand principal to support the jewellery collection launch in Hong Kong and Taiwan, we have worked together with local florists and created an exclusive flower box for guests attending the launch event.

To celebrate the first Olivia Burton flagship in Taiwan, we have installed a branded claw machine with exclusive gifts and discount offers for loyal fans and customers.

An in-house jewellery label established in 2018. I was taking the lead in developing the brand & product positioning, creating product range, and coordinating with vendors & factories.

Founded on the belief that style shouldn’t break the bank, this American label is a community of 5 million supporters across socials. Representing the brand in Hong Kong and being the first physical POS selling the watches globally, we have started a street postering campaign following to kickstart the promotions stated in our localised marketing plan specially created for MVMT.

To boost the sales for the Christmas shopping season, we have implemented a tram advertisement for Daniel Wellington in December 2017.

Being the brand's first distributor in Asia, Working Unit had handled the launch project for Daniel Wellington in Hong Kong. Together with the local team I supported and coordinated the brand's marketing projects, which include the opening of the brand's world first brick-and-mortar shop at LCX, the initiation and creation of the exclusive music box for Valentine's Day promotion, as well as day-to-day PR and communications with the media and influencers.

Known as the fashion industry’s prince of dark design, Rick Owens is loved by a niche and cult crowd. During my experience at JOYCE, I have represented the brand in terms of PR and customers relations, handling different press loan requests and event coordinations.

Being described him as "one of fashion's most cerebral designers" by The New York Times, Dries Van Noten was marked for fashion success from an early age. From Nov 2015 - Nov 2016, I was in charge of the brand's communications in Hong Kong and China, handling all media enquiries, sponsorships and sample loans.
